Bells with unknown inscriptions

Listing of bells known to exist in the Oxford Diocese for which expected inscriptions are lacking.

We would be most grateful for details of these inscriptions, if you can help please send details by email to either of the addresses on another page.

Bells are listed in alphabetical order of Branch and within branch by Parish name. The founder, date and bell numbers are given. They are often towers where we copied information from the County books of church bells and which have since been augmented by the addition of further trebles.
