The bells in 2000
The following information was provided by Whites of Appleton, Church Bell Hangers.
In A.D. 2000 after many years of dereliction the tower was restored and the
six bells re-tuned and rehung with new ringing fittings in a new cast-iron
bell frame.
The pitch of the tenor is A-33/100
of a semitone.

for the tenor of 868.5 Hz, corresponding to a keynote of A -23 cents, within
the expected tolerance from the above value.
On a Previous certificate, values for the pitch of the bells were in error by
about one tone; for example, that of the tenor was given
incorrectly as G -35/100.
